• Refunds apply only to unearned fees for services not yet rendered.
• Non-refundable fees include government filing fees and third-party expenses.
• Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
